Episode 1 - How to get access to ETS6

To purchase an ETS license and download the software, you need to follow these steps:

1. Create a KNX account on the website: https://my.knx.org/en/index

2. Log in to your KNX account and select the ETS license that suits your project programming needs.

There are 3 versions of ETS:

ETS Lite: can configure and program a maximum of 20 KNX devices

ETS Home: configure and program a maximum of 64 KNX devices

ETS Professional: configure and program an unlimited number of KNX devices

3. Make payment to purchase the license following the instructions on the KNX website.

4. Download ETS software to your computer and install it.

5. Run the ETS software on your computer.

• If you purchased a cloud-based license, you need to log in to your KNX account in the ETS software.

• If you purchase a dongle-based license, you plug the KNX USB Dongle into your computer and run it in Run Demo mode.
